Not to be mean?
The point is to see why mesmer, ranger, and necromancer builds are always so "new" while monk and warrior builds have mostly all been tried. In addition, it presents astounding evidence as to why we do not have balanced groups.
That way, when you go "Looking for Monk", you know why.
BTW, time doesn't necessarily mean experience, that is why I went %age wise by exp. I went afk a lot on my necromancer, before the SS necro and sudden demand for minion masters necros weren't in demand and it took FOREVER for me to get groups. The irony is my necromancer has the last missions' bonuses while my other two characters with more exp have the other bonuses.
Then again, most people's warriors and monks will have amassed more exp due to widespread farming usage. I don't farm so it's different for me...

Deleted 2 chars so I won't count them, but for the ones I have now:
Ele - 45%
Mesmer - 40%
Ranger - 14%
Necro - 1% (just started him)
What do i play most? Well my Ele is good for doing the new tombs, I use my mesmer for most of the other stuff (like helping guildies/friends, FoW/UW). My ranger is looking to get ascended, so I'm just questing, doing missions with him.

65ish% ranger
25% necro
5% warrior
5% monk (he's new, give me a break!)
This is, of course, not counting deletions, etc. *Disclaimer* all percentages are from PvE only and are estimates: your mileage may vary. /disclaimer

YES! I've recently made a Mesmer/Mo and she's nearly to the desert ... SO much fun to play. A friend asked me once to describe a mesmer's playstyle, as he didn't quite understand what they do ... I put it like this: they're indirect. So, instead of balling up a fist and whacking you in the face, it's more like they're holding your own arm, and hitting you with it, all the time saying "Why ya hitting yourself? Huh? Huh?"

This was what I looked like about two weeks ago, before the PvP Weekend.
Monk: 70% (he was a solo monk... so of course it was lobsided)
Ranger: 16%
Warrior: 11%
Necro: 3%
However, I deleted that monk(got bored of monking and I didn't 55 farm anymore, was farming more and more with warrior also) for the PvP slot. But, after the event ended and I discovered that I was a decent PvP monk, I decided to make a PvE monk again and prep her for PvP play. So this is how the distribution looks now:
Ranger: 45% (still high for the simple fact that he's been there since the beginning)
Warrior: 35%
Necro: 13%
Monk: 7% (just got her past THK tonight )
